Terms of service

1. The service

Karmaquill helps you find public Reddit discussions relevant to your product and draft helpful replies. You decide what to post; Karmaquill posts only replies you approve, from the Reddit account you connect.

Karmaquill is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Your use of Reddit is also governed by Reddit's User Agreement, Reddit Rules and each community's rules.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email address. Connect only a Reddit account that you own and personally operate. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You're responsible for everything you post. You agree to follow Reddit's rules and each subreddit's rules, including rules about self-promotion, and to disclose your affiliation when you mention your own product.

You must not use Karmaquill to spam, post identical or near-identical content across communities, manipulate votes or karma, operate multiple accounts to evade rules or bans, harass anyone, or send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that do.

Don't try to bypass our pacing and limits, reverse engineer the service, or use it to collect Reddit data for other purposes.

4. AI-generated suggestions

Drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong, off-tone or inappropriate for a community. Review and edit every draft before approving it. You are the author of anything you post.

5. Plans, trial and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. After that, Karmaquill Pro costs $149 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and includes 300 AI drafts per month.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Karmaquill available but can't guarantee it, including because Reddit may change or restrict its API. We may change features; we'll give notice of material changes to these terms.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Karmaquill and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or Reddit's rules, or if we're required to by Reddit or by law.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Karmaquill is provided "as is". We don't promise any particular results, such as customers, traffic, karma or that posts won't be removed. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
